
Gary Hill
Gary Hill has been a partner in the Atlanta firm of Hill and Bleiberg since 1986. His civil trial practice concentrates in personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Hill received his B.A. from Emory College in 1973 and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1977. He was a partner at the Atlanta law firm of Lokey and Bowden from 1977 through 1986.
Mr. Hill is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars on the subjects of evidence in Georgia State and Federal trial courts, trial tactics and jury persuasion, trucking and automobile litigation, medical negligence, product liability and security and premises liability. He has been a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), Georgia Institute for Continuing Legal Education presenting Evidence for Georgia Trial Lawyers, and at the annual Kessler Trial Training Program at Emory University. He is the author of Preparing the Complex Personal Injury Case for Trial from the Time of Suit, Journal of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
His professional memberships include the Georgia State Bar (Insurance Committee), Atlanta Bar Association (Speakers Committee), Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), American Bar Association (ABA), Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG), the Brain Injury Foundation, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Bob Bleiberg
Bob Bleiberg is co-founder and partner in the law firm of Hill and Bleiberg. His trial practice represents victims of serious injuries or wrongful death from catastrophic trucking, motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and premises liability, such as trip and fall incidents. Frequently Mr. Bleibergs cases require aggressive action against the insurance company which insures the wrongdoer.
Mr. Bleiberg graduated with honors from the University of Georgia, following attending Florida State University on a track scholarship. His law degree was also received from the University of Georgia in 1976. He was a partner at the Atlanta law firm of Lokey and Bowden until the establishment of Hill and Bleiberg in 1986.
Mr. Bleiberg is frequently requested to lecture to professional organizations and law firms on current legal topics. These often relate to his effective litigation strategies which have resulted in significant recoveries, in the millions of dollars, for his clients both in and out of the courtroom.
He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association (certified in personal injury cases, attorney referral system), American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Brain Injury Foundation, State Bar of Georgia (Product Liability Section), American Society of Law and Medicine and Gridiron Secret Society.
Mr. Bleiberg brings a unique insight into serious injury cases. In the first years of his practice he represented insurance companies in the defense of these types of cases. This invaluable experience enables him to anticipate and understand the tactics and thinking of the opposing insurance adjusters and defense attorneys. He has been recognized by inclusion in the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys, and has achieved an AV Peer Review (highest rating) by Martindale Hubbell. Many of his successes in serious cases have been reported by television, radio, and newspaper reports and have been written about in professional publications.
