Wrongful Death

These are some of the most emotionally difficult cases for lawyers to accept. For more than 25 years, we have dedicated our law practice to victims of serious personal injury and to the families of wrongful death victims. What we have learned is simple. Everyone is or has been special in some way in this life. Our most important responsibility is to learn everything we can about what the loss of that particular human soul has taken out of our world. While lost income and support are important parts of a recovery it is the intangible human loss that a jury wants to understand when they bear the difficult responsibility to place a dollar value on a lost life. More than anything else our experiences have brought us close to surviving families and taught us that the more you learn about someone the more you recognize that their life was unique and special in some way. A jury needs to understand that loss before they can do justice in a wrongful death case.
